Aarhie has a BA in Psychology from the Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, and an MSc in Psychology from Montfort College, Bangalore.

She conducts corporate wellness programs and has worked as a counsellor and dance movement therapist for schools, colleges, NGOs and companies in Bangalore.

She has also worked with children with ASD and learning disabilities, and counselled their parents.  She is expertise in handling depression, OCD, anxiety, emotional difficulties, and work conflict.

Aarhie speaks English, Assamese, Hindi and Bengali.
