Dr Rani holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Kerala and has over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, counsellor, teacher and special educator in India, USA, Qatar, Brunei and UAE. She also holds certifications in counselling and guidance, cognitive behavior therapy, family constellation therapy and personality disorders.

Dr Rani has worked as a consultant Psychologist at various Hospitals and as employee wellness counsellor at several eminent companies. She continues to deliver counselling and mental health awareness workshops to students and teachers alike at the college and university level.
