Anamika holds master’s degrees in Child Psychology and Commerce, a diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling (affiliated with ICPEM and CTAA), a Yale University scholar on The Science of Well-being and a Vedic Psychologist from NIMHANS. She is a certified Colour Therapist, Graphologist and Hypnotherapist, and is pursuing a PhD in Counselling Psychology.

Besides her work at HEM, Anamika is associated Sahrudeyi at Asha The Hope (ATH) as a counsellor and student mentor. She has organised outreach events to raise awareness of holistic wellness and taught ashtanga yoga; worked as a school counsellor and at NGOs; and arranged several cultural and social events in India and abroad.

She is a hands-on, highly skilled and empathetic counsellor and social service leader who creates non-judgemental, empathetic environments for people aged 12 and up who need support with career development, life skills and mental wellness.
